VAIL BOOTH FALLS RESIDENCE

The owners had the imagination to buy and tear down a 1980s house in disrepair to create a family home that reflects their aesthetic- a monochromatic, modern home that spills outside to capture the dramatic views and surroundings. The creek that runs through the site is a focal point in addition to the views of Booth Falls above. The design and construction team worked together seamlessly to bring the owners’ dreams to reality.
