EAST VAIL RETRO INSPIRED

An original 1970s Vail house sat on the site, but was beyond repair. A new duplex, designed to live as two single-family homes, pays homage to old Vail roof forms and materials. The homes are modernized through the use of large windows, sophisticated lighting, and energy efficient construction.
